About these terms

These terms govern your use of aicashflowsummit.com and related AI Cashflow Summit services operated by Jenna Z, LLC. By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Accounts and accurate information

Provide accurate information when joining the waitlist, creating an account or submitting an application. Keep your sign-in credentials and emailed sign-in links private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Waitlist and event registration

Joining the waitlist is currently free. A waitlist sign-up is not a purchased ticket or a guarantee of admission, a confirmed event date or a reserved venue seat. In-person and online participation details will be provided when available.

If paid tickets are offered later, prices, applicable fees, attendance details and cancellation or refund terms will be disclosed before purchase. These terms do not establish a refund policy for tickets that are not yet on sale.

Referrals and discounts

Personal referral links track qualifying new waitlist sign-ups. Please share them honestly, without spam, impersonation or fabricated registrations. Referral tracking alone does not guarantee a reward, ticket or priority placement.

Early-access and lifetime-discount offers will have their amounts, eligibility, scope and redemption details disclosed when ticket sales open. No specific discount amount or referral milestone reward is established by these terms.

Educational information and results

AI Cashflow Summit provides education about starting and running businesses using AI. Content is for general educational purposes and is not individualized financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances and following the system. Earnings, examples and outcomes shown are not guarantees of results. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any ideas and for complying with laws that apply to your business.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the services for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, hate speech, threats or spam.
• Do not impersonate others, create false registrations or interfere with accounts, website security or service operation.
• Do not submit content that infringes someone else’s rights or disclose private information without permission.

We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect users or comply with law.

Your submissions and speaker applications

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Jenna Z, LLC permission to store, process and display it as needed for the service and the purpose of your submission. Submit only materials you have permission to share. Speaker applications and proof materials are used to review your application; applying does not guarantee a speaking opportunity. Any speaking engagement is subject to a separate agreement.

Our content and third-party services

Our branding, event materials and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not reproduce or distribute them without permission except where permitted by law. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

AI assistant and service availability

Our chat assistant uses AI and may give incomplete or inaccurate answers. Verify important event details with our team and do not treat chat replies as binding promises. We aim to keep services available, but interruptions and changes may occur. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy, changes and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
