Who we are
Jenna Z, LLC operates AI Cashflow Summit and aicashflowsummit.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, join the waitlist, create an account, register for events, submit a speaker application or contact us.
Information we collect
- Information you provide, such as your name, email address, attendance preference, event registrations and support messages.
- Account information associated with email or Google sign-in. When you use Google sign-in, we receive basic account information, such as your email address and profile information; signing in does not give us access to your Gmail inbox.
- Referral codes, referral relationships and sign-up information used to show your referral activity.
- Speaker application details, including your biography, website, social links, proposed talk and proof files you submit.
- Messages you send to our AI assistant. Conversations are saved and can be reviewed by our administrators.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the website, which may include IP addresses, browser information and service logs.
How we use information
We use information to manage the waitlist, accounts, events and referrals; send confirmations, personal referral links and event updates; review speaker applications; answer questions; and maintain website security and reliability. If community features become available, information you choose to post may be visible to other authorized members.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers for website hosting, account authentication, data storage, email delivery (including Resend) and AI-assisted responses. These providers process information as needed to deliver those services. Questions and relevant conversation context sent to the AI assistant may be processed by AI service providers. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in chat messages.
We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law.
Cookies and browser storage
The website and sign-in services use cookies or similar browser storage to maintain sessions and support security. We also use browser storage to remember referral codes and your intended destination after signing in. You can clear or restrict storage through your browser settings, although some features may stop working.
Email and your choices
We send messages related to your sign-ups, account and event participation. To stop promotional emails, use an unsubscribe link when provided or contact us at support@aicashflowsummit.com. Essential account and service messages may still be sent.
Retention, security and international processing
We keep information as needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information outside your country, where privacy laws may differ.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, obtain a copy, or object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required. Where applicable, you may also raise a concern with your local privacy regulator.
Children’s privacy
The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services change and will revise the date above. For privacy questions or requests, contact Jenna Z, LLC at support@aicashflowsummit.com.
